We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with strong hands on experience in end user support, ITSM tools, and endpoint management. If you enjoy troubleshooting and supporting users in a fast paced environment, this role is for you.

🔧 Key Skills Required:

- End user IT support (Laptops, Desktops, OS, Applications)

- ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or ManageEngine

- Ticket handling and SLA management

- Microsoft 365 and basic endpoint management

- Intune and Autopilot basics

- User onboarding and access management

- Basic PowerShell and reporting skills
