Position Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage computers, printers, audio / visual equipment and mobile devices.

  • Manage the IT inventory system, tracking assets and performing scheduled preventative maintenance.

  • Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Troubleshoot technical support requests and manage user accounts including permissions.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

  • Prior IT Systems Technician experience with demonstrated knowledge of networking, hardware and application systems.

  • Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 applications.
