Position Responsibilities
Set up and manage computers, printers, audio / visual equipment and mobile devices.
Manage the IT inventory system, tracking assets and performing scheduled preventative maintenance.
Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring excellent customer service.
Troubleshoot technical support requests and manage user accounts including permissions.
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
Prior IT Systems Technician experience with demonstrated knowledge of networking, hardware and application systems.
Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 applications.
