IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role : Sourcing Recruiter - APAC & India

Responsibilities :

• Identify and source the candidates from job boards/Gr8 People/Indeed/LinkedIn and other sites.
  -
• Meet the monthly hire goals.
• Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities.
  - Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.
• Update and track candidates in ATS/GR8 people in accordance with standards in real time.
  - Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders.
• Work all assigned job orders until covered.
  - Attend daily/weekly req. meeting.
  - Establish relationships with consultants.
• Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations.
