About the role: IT Teacher

Activate Learning is looking for a passionate and inspiring Information Technology Teacher to deliver ICT-based qualifications within the Createch Faculty at our Banbury College campus.

The immediate focus of this role will be the delivery and completion of our current BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Computing, followed by leading the transition and launch to the new Level 3 T-Level in Digital Software Development, starting September 2026.

You’ll teach a wide range core digital subjects including:

  • Problem solving
  • Introduction to programming
  • Emerging issues
  • Legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Business context
  • Data
  • Digital environments
  • Security

    • Learners will develop essential skills in data analysis, coding, software development, IT problem-solving, emerging technologies, and technical troubleshooting.
