IT Tech Support

· Core function provide L1 and L2 support to end users on technology related operations.
<\/div>
<\/div> · Maintain user access right in Active Directory, Applications and others System Solution.
<\/div>
<\/div> · Maintain IT hardware and software inventory.
<\/div>
<\/div> · Involved in the requirements gathering, analysis, system integration test and user acceptance testing.
<\/div>
<\/div> · Assist the IT Manager in ad -hoc project and perform any other duties that assigned.

Requirements<\/h3> · Diploma in IT / Computer Science or a related discipline.
<\/div>
<\/div> · Minimum 2 Years' experience / Fresh graduate are welcome.
<\/div>
<\/div> · Good communication and inter -personal skills.
<\/div>
<\/div> · Self -motivated individual who is focus on objectives, work within timeline and have good teamwork attitude.
<\/div>
<\/div> · Able to work after office hours and weekends as and when needed.

<\/div> Skill and Knowledge

<\/div> · Understand Microsoft Windows Server environment.
<\/div>
<\/div> · VMware, Cloud hosting, Switches and Router configuration.

<\/div> · Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
