IT Technical Lead

The IT Technical Lead will work closely with stakeholders to gain in-depth understanding of the company’s overall strategy and roadmap to improve efficiency within the team. The role ensures development tasks requested by stakeholders are delivered with quality in production and meet the agreed timeline, while overseeing production incidents to be resolved according to SLA of their criticality.

• Manage daily activities of the assigned team, providing technical training.
