• Should have at-least 2+year of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on domestic recruitment
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various roles through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other professional networks with advanced sourcing techniques like Boolean/X-ray search
• Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews
