Build trusted relationships with Executive leadership by providing consistent, reliable, and well-coordinated technology support aligned with corporate standards.Escalate and facilitate resolution of executive-impacting issues while maintaining clear communication and accountability.Conduct initiative-taking walkthroughs and periodic equipment checks of executive offices and meeting spaces to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.Ensure proactive planning and communication around executive technology changes, refresh cycles, and major meetings or events.Monitor service performance, recurring issues, and executive feedback to drive continuous improvement.Translate executive requirements into clear service expectations, support models, and technology standards for desktop and AV environments.Function as the primary liaison between Executive leadership and IT, ensuring desktop...
