Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Respond to user requests and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Maintain documentation of problems and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in IT support roles
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in IT infrastructure, system monitoring, and IT asset management
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote troubleshooting
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude
