Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Respond to user requests and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Maintain documentation of problems and resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in IT support roles
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in IT infrastructure, system monitoring, and IT asset management
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote troubleshooting
