Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide assistance to employees or customers by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • System Setup & Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, networks, and other technology systems.
  • Network Support: Help manage network configurations, connectivity issues, and troubleshoot network-related problems (e.g., Wi‑Fi issues, VPN access).

Qualifications

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is often required. A degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly preferred (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
  • Experience: Prior experience in IT support or technical roles, typically 1-3 years, is desirable. Entry-level positions may require less experience but a good understanding of basic IT concepts.
