Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting of Faults by End Users
  • Knowledge to handle PCs, Notebooks, Peripheral & Printer faults
  • Respond promptly to fault ticket via system and phone
  • Possess customer service skills to communicate with end users

Job Requirement

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
  • Internship Accepted
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu language for both spoken and written
  • Willing to work at Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
