- Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and application problems.
- Resolve as many user-reported problems as expertise permits using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases.
- Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution to customers and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Fireclay Corporation services, customer IT environments, and troubleshooting practices to effectively support clients in the ICT sector.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance knowledge and drive efficiency within the support process.
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
