Job Title:
Tech Support Specialist - Merida, Mexico
This role requires a dedicated and customer-focused individual to provide hands-on technical support to office staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tech support via phone, screen sharing, and in-person assistance.
  • Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to desktop applications, SaaS platforms, and Microsoft 365 tools.
We are looking for someone who is patient-friendly approachable and able to manage frequent interruptions. They should be intuitive in understanding user issues even when poorly articulated Smiley positive service driven comfort with continuous follow up and user communication.
