Job Description
- Serve as the main point of contact for client technical issues via phone, email, or in person.
- Diagnose and resolve system, software, and network issues.
- Provide client training and support for new systems and software.
- Document issues and solutions in the support ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Experience in IT support or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) and knowledge of networking are a plus.
