Job Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client technical issues via phone, email, or in person.
  • Diagnose and resolve system, software, and network issues.
  • Provide client training and support for new systems and software.
  • Document issues and solutions in the support ticketing system.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
  • Experience in IT support or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
  • Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) and knowledge of networking are a plus.
