Job Description

Providing exceptional customer service and technical support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a key responsibility of this role. As a Deskside Support Technician, you will be at the forefront of delivering a premium IT support service that consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations.

  • Key objectives include identifying and analysing product failures, ordering replacement parts as needed, and providing hands-on support to ensure timely resolution of incidents.

This challenging position requires proactive communication skills to manage customer interactions via phone, email and face-to-face contact. Escalation procedures with 3rd party resolver groups are also integral to resolving complex issues that cannot be resolved internally.
