Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via email, phone, or in-person.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Maintain records of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements
