Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE
OF THE JOB:
The role is primarily responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation that communicates complex information clearly and effectively. This role ensures that organization's IT practices, policies and procedures are documented and adheres to relevant laws, regulations, industry standards and AXA group requirements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
·Creates, reviews and updates variety of technical documents including policies, procedures, user manuals, guidelines, work instructions, templates, etc.
·Collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and understand technical aspects of products and services.
·Creates diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to enhance understanding of complex concepts and facilitates suitable training programs for rollout during IT compliance related training(s).
