Position Overview: We are seeking an IT Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and accurate documentation that translates complex technical concepts into user-friendly materials. The ideal candidate will work closely with subject matter experts, IT teams, and stakeholders to develop various technical documents, presentations, and reports. This role is remote, but preference will be given to candidates based in North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, system documentation, cybersecurity best practices, and troubleshooting guides.
