Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support for workstations, software, and peripherals across all group sites. Install, configure, update, and maintain equipment (workstations, phones, servers). Participate in on-call service to ensure continuity of technical support outside office hours. Contribute to the implementation of new company projects. Manage access rights and apply basic security solutions. Record, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents. Prepare and deploy software remotely. Profile: Holder of a CFC with confirmed experience in a similar position. Mastery of Windows environments, ticketing tools, and network and security concepts to quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve technical incidents. Autonomous while working within a team.
