IT Technician

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Provides first level support as well as ongoing preventive maintenance for computer and network equipment at the Juarez facility
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Perform installation, ongoing preventive maintenance and level 1 support for desktop computers/laptops, handheld devices, printers, phones and miscellaneous office equipment
- Assist with network moves/adds/changes to include network lines and equipment
- Installation, upgrade and configuration of computer software on servers and workstations
- Assist with maintenance and support of the following systems:
- Office phone system
- Wireless network
- Security/video surveillance system
- Troubleshoot and diagnose server related issues
- Maintain inventory records of computer equipment
- Work with outside vendors/consultants on designated projects - Assist team on companywide projects and upgrades
