Job Description

Assists the SMT Deparment in the service and repair of computers, servers, user support, and network administration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sets up hardware including PCs, monitors, printers, phones, and any other device on the network.
- Provides support for software, PCs, printers, and related systems.
- Analyzes and help resolve technical problems for established networks.
- Maintains wireless access points and cameras on the network.
- Orders and maintains stock of IT consumables.
- Develops documented FAQs, SOP, and a Knowledge Base.
- Maintains documentation on all projects.

Education/Experience:
Equivalent from a two years college and above with three years of related experience.
