Job Requirements


• Install, test, and update computer equipment (workstations, peripherals, programs, and software).
• Provide second-level technical support, both on-site and remotely.(Mexico,Canada,India, USA, )
• Ensure maintenance, administration, and security of equipment.
• Support portable communication devices (phones/tablets).
• Escalate incidents and follow up with users.
• Communicate with users by phone, email, or in person to identify, resolve, and document incidents.
• Ensure good communication among users.
• Provide guidance and advice to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
• Document solutions in the knowledge base.
• Follow the corporate security plan to maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of IT infrastructure, and prevent or minimize damage.
• Provide necessary support and training for the development of the IFS enterprise resource planning system.
• Participate in server failure simulation exercises that may affect operations.
• Troubleshoot and implement solutions for network issues.
• Manage new hires and terminations in Active Directory (AD).
• Reset passwords in AD.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications :
• Hold a degree in computer science or a related field.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a systems-related position.
• Be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Have knowledge of Internet security and data privacy principles
