Requirements

Must have:

- Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a helpdesk or field engineer role. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies. - Expertise in cyber security principles, with a focus on tenant hardening and improving organizational security. - Familiarity with Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus frameworks. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients. - Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, CompTIA Security+) are highly desirable.
