IT Technician

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- IT user-facing onsite support
- Laptops and mobile devices' deployment (configuration, cleaning, repair/replacement,
- logistics)
- Roaming activation
- Provide as many as possible updates to users using our ITSM tool
- Workstations sweeps
- ITAM support (N-Tech storage administration, inventory management)
- Printer management (configuration, deployment, troubleshooting)
- Network & infrastructure operations support
- Adds, moves, and changes
- Ensure conference/meeting room AV systems are maintained and in good operating
- condition (if needed)
- Physical work (Cabling, Box/Unbox, Lifting, Climbing ladders, and Storage
- organization)
- Be available for extra activities, IT related, when needed
**Requirements**:
