What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Receive, record and investigation IT incidents
  • Manage Service Requests such as New Starter requests, replacement hardware etc.
  • Provision of 1st, 2nd and in some cases 3rd line support
  • Perform daily checks to ensure IT Services are running smoothly
  • Manage and maintain On premise and Cloud infrastructure including:Virtual hosts and machinesSAN/NASBackupsUPSActive DirectoryDHCPDNSSaaS platforms
  • Manage and maintain all network systems including:SwitchesSecurity appliancesTelephony system
  • Provide end user training on new and existing systems
  • Liaising with 3rd Party Support vendors for quotations and support issues
