Be our NEXT IT User Support Specialist
+3 years of experience as a user support consultant;
Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data manipulation;
Proven experience in user support and direct client interaction;
Ability to analyze business processes and user needs;
Knowledge of SNOW/SUN tools (nice to have);
Provide user support and assistance via email, ticketing tools (SUN), and phone;
Act as a facilitator for identity-related processes (people repository, access rights, workflows, permissions, etc.);
Analyze data quality using Excel, SQL, and analytical tools;
Define and coordinate action plans with relevant stakeholders;
Monitor data quality indicators and ensure continuous follow-up;
