Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle IT user requests and incidents, including registration and analysis in ITSM systems

  • Identify and analyze IT issues and cooperate with other teams to resolve them

  • Prepare and update tickets, reports, and propose corrective actions

  • Process user requests related to IT systems (account creation, access rights, permissions, software installation, IT equipment)

  • Support IT asset management (computers, smartphones, printers) across different departments and locations

  • Create and maintain technical documentation and IT procedures

  • Provide users with practical support in using IT tools

Requirements

  • General technical knowledge of IT

  • Experience in supporting end-user devices (PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets)

  • Knowledge of ITSM tools and systems (e.g. ServiceNow, SAP, GLPI, or similar)
