About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Italian Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Barcelona . As the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, you\'ll be responsible for delivering outstanding service and support—whether it\'s solving problems, providing product information, or ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian (and English when required)
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Meet individual and team KPIs related to customer service and quality
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings
Requirements:
  • Native-level fluency in Italian (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in English (B2 level or above)
  • Prior experience in a customer service or support role is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

Work Schedule:

Full-time: 40 hours per week
