This Entry Level position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and customer service, aiming to assist our Italian-speaking clients in effectively utilizing our cutting-edge software solutions and CRM systems.

As an Italian Speaking Consultant, your main focus will be to provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring that they achieve optimal results from our software offerings. You will engage in consultations, deliver training sessions, and resolve any technical issues that may arise, all while building strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to Italian-speaking clients regarding their inquiries about business software and CRM systems
• Support clients in choosing and implementing the right software solutions for their needs
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to enhance client capabilities
• Address and resolve technical concerns and support requests in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and support activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and recommend service enhancements
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in business software and CRM solutions

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service
• Knowledge or experience with business software and CRM solutions is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively assist clients
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a proactive approach towards customer engagement
• Prior experience in consulting or customer support is a plus but not mandatory
