Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to telecom services, billing, troubleshooting, and account management.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure a positive experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about the latest telecom products and services to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the telecom sector, is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • A genuine interest in telecommunications and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
