Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to telecom services, billing, troubleshooting, and account management.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest telecom products and services to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the telecom sector, is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
