Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking an enthusiastic Italian Speaking Customer Agent to join our team in Greece, working with a leading automotive company. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and have a knack for delivering excellent customer service. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Italian-speaking customers, providing them with the support and information they need regarding our automotive products and services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support in Italian across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical information.
  • Document and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve service processes and communication.
  • Stay updated on automotive industry trends, product knowledge, and company updates to serve customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive sector, is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and automotive products is a plus.
  • Proficient in using computer applications and online communication tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a friendly demeanor towards customers.
