Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a dynamic Italian Speaking Customer Agent to join our team in Greece, providing support for a leading FinTech company. As a Customer Agent, you will assist our Italian-speaking clients with inquiries regarding our financial products and services, ensuring they have a seamless experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support in Italian through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Guide customers through financial service inquiries, product features, and technical assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues while striving for high satisfaction rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and process efficiency.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes in the FinTech landscape.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the FinTech or financial sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with financial terms, products, and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Competence in using computer applications and online communication tools.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a friendly attitude toward clients.
