Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Customer Agent to join our team in Greece, working for a cutting-edge online bank. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a passion for customer service and have an interest in the banking sector. As a Customer Agent, you will provide vital support to our Italian-speaking clients, addressing their banking inquiries and guiding them through our internet banking services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about online banking products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring an exceptional banking experience.
- Document customer interactions and track all inquiries in our CRM system.
- Work alongside other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of online banking trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in online banking or finance, is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer experience.
- Capability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with banking products, services, and CRM software is preferred.
- Proficient in using computer applications and digital communication tools.
