Italian Speaking Customer Service for Automotive Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Automotive Department. In this essential role, you will provide outstanding support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and addressing issues related to our automotive services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Italian through various channels such as phone, email, and chat regarding automotive inquiries
• Assist customers with booking automotive services, providing product information, and troubleshooting issues
• Accurately document customer interactions and requests in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
• Educate clients on the automotive services and products available
• Gather customer feedback to enhance our service offerings continuously
• Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and company offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in both Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping clients
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive sector, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills
