Mercier Consultancy is seeking a skilled Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Banking Division. In this crucial role, you will provide top-tier support to our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with various banking products and services while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential as you handle inquiries related to account management, loan applications, financial products, and transactions. You will play a vital role in maintaining client satisfaction and trust in our banking services.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat regarding banking services
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to account balances, transactions, and financial products
  • Help customers with online banking setup and troubleshooting
  • Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with banking teams to resolve complex queries and provide accurate information
  • Gather feedback from clients to enhance the quality of our banking services
  • Stay informed about banking regulations and new services offered

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities, with an emphasis on problem-solving
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the banking or finance sector, is preferred
  • Able to effectively manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Genuine interest in the banking industry and helping clients achieve their financial goals
  • Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is a plus
