This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about innovative transportation solutions and providing exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their ride-sharing experiences while communicating effectively in Italian.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding ride-sharing services, app functionality, and related queries via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Provide guidance on ride bookings, payment processing, and cancellation policies.
- Assist customers in resolving any service-related issues or complaints efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience and support business objectives.
- Stay informed about company updates and local regulations impacting ride-sharing services in Greece.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the ride-sharing or transportation industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on operational needs.
