This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about telecommunications and committed to providing exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries and technical support needs while ensuring a seamless and friendly experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding telecom products, services, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
- Provide detailed information about plans, pricing, and technical troubleshooting.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, account changes, and service-related questions.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve any product or service issues.
- Stay informed about the latest telecom advancements and company offerings to enhance customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
