Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce opportunities for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in our Imperial Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are customer-focused and possess strong communication skills in Italian.
As part of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exemplary support to our Italian-speaking customers. Your primary goal will be to effectively address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide comprehensive information regarding our services within the Imperial Department, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and productive.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat
- Handle inquiries and assist clients with questions related to our Imperial Department services
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly
- Collect and relay customer feedback for service enhancement
- Stay informed about department offerings and service updates
- Participate in continuous training to improve customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in both Italian and English with excellent communication abilities
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially in relevant areas
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences
- Experience with customer support platforms and CRM systems is advantageous
