As part of an international expansion, we are hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Agents for an international project based in Greece. This is a on-site position located in Athens, with an immediate start available. You will work closely with internal teams and follow predefined procedures to guarantee service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will guide customers through processes related to accounts, services, or products, while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. All interactions must be documented correctly in internal CRM systems. This role is particularly suitable for experienced candidates.
