Due to strong project growth, we are currently recruiting Italian-speaking Customer Support Agents for an international project based in Greece. This is a on-site position located in Crete, with an immediate start available. You will work closely with internal teams and follow predefined procedures to guarantee service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. Your main objective will be to understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and ensure timely resolution of issues. This role is particularly suitable for no experience candidates. You will receive comprehensive paid training, detailed guidelines, and ongoing support from team leaders.
