Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative within our Client's Subscription-Based Services Department! In this essential Junior role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to their subscriptions and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with our services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with questions regarding subscription plans, billing, and account management
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide guidance on how to make the most of subscription features and benefits
  • Gather customer feedback to improve services and enhance the overall user experience
  • Participate in training sessions to maintain a deep understanding of our services and offerings

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in customer support, ideally in subscription services or a related field
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing high-quality service
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools
