Italian Speaking E-Commerce Support Specialist

Introduction

As an Italian Speaking E-Commerce Support Specialist, you will support customers of a leading online platform. This position is based in Greece and offers full relocation support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with online orders, payments, and deliveries

  • Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels

  • Troubleshoot platform- and order-related issues

  • Escalate complex cases when needed

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and good English

  • Experience in e-commerce or customer support is an advantage

  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable using digital systems

  • EU passport or valid Greek work permit
