Introduction
As an Italian Speaking E-Commerce Support Specialist, you will support customers of a leading online platform. This position is based in Greece and offers full relocation support.
Responsibilities

Assist customers with online orders, payments, and deliveries

Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels

Troubleshoot platform- and order-related issues

Escalate complex cases when needed

Ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements

Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and good English

Experience in e-commerce or customer support is an advantage

Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

Comfortable using digital systems

EU passport or valid Greek work permit
