This position is based in Greece, offering a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to provide quality customer support in the financial services sector. As an Italian Speaking Support Agent, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries related to their credit card accounts, ensuring they receive the best possible service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding account details, transactions, and credit card features.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain high satisfaction rates.
  • Document all customer interactions and issues within our CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients and address more complex inquiries.
  • Stay updated on company policies, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer support roles, preferably in the financial services or credit card sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and financial service tools is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to assist customers with a positive approach.
