A leading IT support company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Associate Technical Support (L1) who speaks Italian. The successful candidate will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related incidents in a customer-focused environment. A degree in Italian Language and Linguistics is required. This is an onsite position with shift work aligned with Italy's timezone. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks, and meeting service desk metrics.
