Job Summary:

The Infrared Training Center is the world leader in thermography training and consulting services. Our team is passionate about delivering superior training solutions for a diverse, and rapidly growing customer base with an established presence in industrial markets. Our training courses help customers increase job safety and reliability to better serve their clients and community. 

As an ITC Country Manager, your contributionswill be essential to the planning, arrangement, and successful execution of training events. Furthermore, helping support our clients, field staff, and stakeholders. 

Your primary responsibility will bemaintainingan effective training program within your specified regions. Liaising with certification bodies relevant to this industryensuringITC compliance with them. Managing contracts and contracted training consultants, securing training events locations, Management of student data and inclusion into SAP and CRM. 

The ideal candidate willpossessstrong communication, negotiation, time management, andorganizationabilities. Familiarity with budget management, enterprise business applications, and student record administration a plus.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

•Maintainan effective IRT training program within the specified region

•Control demo assets and coordinate service requirements.

•Manage and grow relationships with vendors and partners.

•Identifyopportunities to enhance operational efficiency and profitability

•Secure venues for training events through partnerships with hotels, training partners, and corporate sites.

•Execute events within theallocatedoperational budget

•Sales support activities including phone, email, and chatleadsas well as proactive outbound calling effort.

•Ensure record keeping integrity and administration of student certification documents within SAP & CRM

•Collaborate with cross functional departments to perform tasks to completion.

•Develop comprehensive course curricula and materials for both lectures and practical exercises.

•Train and coach customers on application of instrument hardware and software via in-person & online trainingcourses as well as support student inquiries via telephone, and e-mail.

•Provide support to customers in the electrical, mechanical, building science, sUAS, and oil & gas sectors.

•Plan and oversee marketing activities within the assigned region.

•Domestic and international travel based on business requirements.
