Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously enhance Baker Hughes’ global trade compliance program in alignment with company standards, U.S. and international export control regulations (including EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and BIS), and applicable local laws.
- Develop, implement, and maintain global procedures and internal controls related to trade compliance activities, ensuring consistent execution across regions.
- Establish performance metrics and reporting dashboards to monitor program effectiveness and risk exposure.
- Support periodic compliance reviews, risk assessments, and management reporting to the Global Compliance & Legal leadership.
- Collaborate with digital and data governance teams to strengthen system-based compliance monitoring and reporting.
