Item Set-up Coordinator (On Site/fluent in English)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Review submissions for data accuracy and be responsible for item setups following industry standards.
- Assist to manage master file data in ERP system.
- Work with different internal departments to provide accurate and complete data information.
- Manage requests and support internal teams on item setups regarding changes and/or discrepancies.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and manage data requests without errors.
- Methodical approach and follows rules without deviation to maintain data integrity.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and written skills.
- Experience and knowledge of SKUs, UPCs, NRF codes, packaging, etc. in apparel industry is a plus.
- Must have knowledge of MS Office.
**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- View and type on computer screens for extended periods of time.
