Job Description
ITI Draftsman creates detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and 2D/3D models for engineering, manufacturing, or construction projects using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) or manual tools. Working under engineers and architects, they translate sketches and specifications into accurate plans, calculate dimensions, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting & Design: Generate accurate technical drawings, layouts, and, where required, 3D models of components, structures, or machinery.
Software Usage: Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to create, edit, and modify design plans.
Technical Compliance: Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
