<p><b>ITIL Process Coordinator - Dallas, TX</b></p> <p>We are seeking an <b>ITIL Process Coordinator</b> at <b>Dallas, TX </b>to support end-to-end IT service operations across Release, Change, Problem, and Incident Management. The role ensures smooth production releases, accurate change planning, timely problem resolution, and SLA-driven incident coordination.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br /> Coordinate system releases, plan release activities, and facilitate stakeholder meetings<br /> Manage change requests, review schedules, assess risks/impacts, and conduct CAB meetings<br /> Track IT production changes and provide performance reporting<br /> Drive problem investigations, validate solutions, and manage known errors<br /> Monitor daily incidents, assign tickets to the right teams, and prevent SLA breaches<br /> Engage cross-functional teams during escalations and high-priority incidents</p> <p><b>Required Skills</b><br /> Hands-on experience with ITIL processes (Change/Release/Problem/Incident)<br /> Strong coordination, communication, and prioritization skills<br /> Ability to work with multiple teams and manage operational workflows<br /> Familiarity with service management tools (ServiceNow preferred) </p> <p><b>**ALL successful candidates for this position are required to work directly for PRIMUS.
